What this site stores

The sample issuer

The demo needs no signup and stores nothing about you. It is a fixed dataset built from public documents.

The pilot form

When you request a pilot we store what you enter — name, email address, organisation, role, the issuers and workflow you describe and any notes — with the time it arrived and which page of this site you came from. If you send the form again with the same email address, the same record is updated rather than a second one created. It is not forwarded to any other system.

We use it only to reply to you about a pilot. You are not added to a mailing list, no outreach sequence is started, and it is not sold or shared for marketing. It is kept in our database, hosted on AWS in Mumbai (ap-south-1), until you ask us to delete it.

To stop the form being flooded, each submission records a salted one-way hash of the address it came from. The hash cannot be turned back into an address, is used only to count recent submissions, and is deleted when the rate-limit window passes. Your IP address itself is not stored.

Analytics

Analytics are switched off on this site: no analytics script is loaded, no event is sent and nothing is stored in your browser for analytics. If we switch them on, this notice will say so, and the events below are the only ones that could be sent.

These are the only events the site can send, and each carries only the tab, page or step it names:

• landing_viewed — the home page was opened
• demo_started — the demo was opened
• demo_tab_viewed — which demo tab was opened
• sources_compared — the demo's Differences tab was opened
• evidence_opened — a piece of evidence was opened (its type, publisher and page number)
• tour_started — the guided tour was started
• tour_ended — the guided tour was finished or closed, and at which step
• demo_cta_clicked — a link to the demo was clicked
• pilot_cta_clicked — a link to the pilot form was clicked
• booking_cta_clicked — the booking link was clicked
• email_cta_clicked — the email link was clicked
• pilot_form_viewed — the pilot form was opened
• pilot_submitted — the pilot form was submitted (not what was typed into it)
• pilot_submit_failed — a submission failed, and which fields were rejected (their names, not their contents)

Hosting

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for operating and securing the service.
